Can I tell you that this place has the best Mexican food in Jackson TN so far that I have tasted! I was allowed to construct a shrimp nacho with no guacamole and no jalapenos but it did come with refried beans, cheese, cilantro, tomato, and onions. They were open and closed at an adequate time. The staff was very polite. I paid a little over $15 for the shrimp nachos that night and then I came back that morning and ordered the chicken nachos which were $12. The shrimp was better than the chicken, ijs. I also ordered a pork taco and chicken taco. I sprinkled a little lime over it and some of the Green Mild sauce for the first time. The chicken was not the right chicken. I am going to ask them if they have shredded chicken next time. The pickled carrot on the side threw me for a loop but it was good. I like the pork better than the chicken. This cantaloupe drink didn't have a lot of sugar in it but it was very flavorful. This is my new spot in Jackson TN for Mexican food. Very clean too.

Came in late last night, service was great, food was cooked to order, prices were very affordable and while I did have a bit of a wait after eating the food which tasted amazing I would have waited an hour with no complains. I came back for lunch today and again it was perfect!!!! You are a staple and your level of quality is one to be proud of. Thank you guys for being alive. Fantastic taqueria in a gas station. Very authentic Mexican food! We got a chorizo torta & it was delicious. The chorizo was excellent & so we’re all the other fillings. There’s also a collection of things you can add, including a delicious guacamole salsa & an amazing smoked chile salsa with a decent bite. Highly recommended!
When I say this place is bringing families around the dinner table again we got the pizza and cheesy chicken and rice. Made plates for my family, generally we eat all over the place. My 11 yo daughter said, "this food is so good I'm eating in here with y'all". Price was great, staff was friendly and probably the best, and most authentic, Mexican food between Memphis and Nashville! Got a life long customer out of my family for sure!
The storefront was easy to miss, since it's immediately adjacent to a gas station, but the inside was bright and clean. The menu was surprisingly broad. I wasn't brave enough to try the birria spaghetti, but it looked interesting. My 3-taco plate with rice, beans, and a small salad was great. The man at the counter was pleasant and helpful, and he politely tolerated my attempt to order in Spanish. If I'm ever passing through again, I'd happily stop in.
Los tacos de tripa were absolutely delightful! They had the perfect crunch. Add to that the salsa de chile de arbol and holy moly, you'll be in taco heaven. We also had the torta de asada and it was just as yummy. Fast and friendly service is the topper at this place. The parking situation is way too tight. But it's not enough of a gripe to detract from the amazing food.
Food was super good and it came quickly. What I love about this place is that they also have a small sink in the corner to wash your hands after your hands are dirty from eating the tacos!
